DAFTAR ISI

1.      Bukalah aplikasi / icon Ms.Access pada desktop. 1

2.      Ketika sudah terbuka maka klik lah BLANK DATABASE. 1

3.      Kemudian ketik nama, dan setelah itu klik CREATE. 2

4.      Kemudian, amatilah gambar dibawah ini, FIELD merupakan judul dan RECORD merupakan isi. 2

5.      Buatlah field dan record sesuai dengan yang di bawah, dgn nama TBL_UANGNGMASUK kemudian    klik DESIGN VIEW dgn cara klik kanan pada judul table. 3

6.      Buatlah table kedua dgn nama TBL_UANGKELUAR. 4

7.      Buatlah Query di QUERY DESIGN, dan beri nama QRY_SISAUANG. 4

8.      Jika muncul perintah, ikuti saja perintah tsb. Kemudian jika sudah, maka CLOSE. 5

9.      Jika sudah, buatlah sesuai dengan panduan dibawah ini. 5

10.         Kemudian jika sudah, buat lah FORM melalui FORM WIZARD. 6

11.         Ikuti saja perintah yang keluar. Hingga pemilihan model form dan penggantian nama, Beri nama FRM_SISAUANG. 6

12.         Jika form sudah selesai, buatlah report melalui REPORT WIZARD. 7

13.         Ikuti semua perintah yang ada. Hingga pemilihan model report, dan beri nama RPT_SISAUANG. 8

14.         Setelah report selesai buat lah RELATIONSHIP. ( ikuti panduan ). 10

16.         Setelah keluar perintah, ikui perintah tsb. 10

17.         Jika relationship berhasil maka akan menjadi seperti dibawah ini. 11

CARA MENJALANKAN / MENGGUNAKAN MS.ACCESS

Tahap tahap :

pilihlah aplikasi / icon Ms.Access pada desktop.

2.      Setelah itu pilihlah icon BLANK DATABASE.

sesudah itu ketik nama, dan setelah itu klik CREATE.

4.      Kemudian, lihatlah gambar dibawah ini, FIELD merupakan judul dan RECORD merupakan isi.

 

5.      Buatlah field dan record sesuai dengan tabel di bawah ini, dgn nama TBL_UANGNGMASUK setelah itu klik DESIGN VIEW dgn cara klik kanan pada judul table.
